Job Description

We are looking for Desktop support engineer with 6-8 years work experience at Bangkok,Thailand for 3 months

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Need to have some project coordination skill sets and good in Technical.
  • To identify the IT support gap on the ground work and perform the following activities.
  • Implemented the service improvement plan activities to correct the gaps.
  • Some communication with key stakeholder (Thailand IT manager) to implement some corrective actions.
  • Document the gap and corrective plan taken
  • Assist at time to tech refresh laptop if require
  • Follow up with other support teams to close the SIP corrective action
  • Perform some end-user training if this is one of corrective action. Training such as using OneDrive

Qualification & Experiences:

  • Should be good in English and Thai language.
  • Should be good in MS Office.
  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
